At Westlake Forrest Hill Kindergarten we enjoy a strong sense of community, coming together to share our cultures, values and interests. Last night our lovely friend and parent Lily Jiang taught us how to make her favourite & traditional Chinese Dumplings. There was a variety of fillings – beef, lamb & pork which were either boiled or steamed.  We learnt and laughed lots about each others cultures, celebrating how different but also how similar we are.  Lily is certainly the Dumpling Chef Supreme.  Now we are thinking about other Cultural Parent Nights
