Children dug up a collection of bones from the sandpit, dusted them off and decided that they could belong to a dinosaur.

With teamwork and a book of skeletons as a handy guide, they fitted the bones together. To everyone’s surprise, there stood a huge tyrannosaurus rex!

The t-rex is a great guardian for Snells Beach Kindergarten’s Dinosaurland themed wendy house where the tamariki are able to bring their dino games to life.
