The Incredible Years Teacher programme is run on on behalf of the Ministry of Education. Teachers are coached in the use of positive strategies to support children to overcome behavioural patterns which can result in hurdles/barriers to learning and engagement.  The programme is completely non-punitive and strongly supports and promotes the development of social competence and resilience in our tamariki, resulting in them becoming intrinsically motivated to set goals for themselves and persevere. It is of course highly respectful to them, their whānau and the wider community in general.
