Children created a stunning glow in the dark area featuring a taniwha and other sea creatures as part of their Matariki celebrations.
The excitement built when they made glowing play dough and raced glowing cars around a road track.
The final highlight was a Glow Crazy dance party with children decorating themselves with glowing face paint, nail polish and hairspray. During their glowing experience, the tamariki also enjoyed a glow in the dark puppet show at Centre Stage Orewa which also enriched their experience of Matariki.
