How we love our Howick community! We had such a great turnout for our annual bikeathon at Owairoa School this year. The weather cleared up just in time, and we had loads of yummy meals and snacks like sushi, noodles, cookies, ice blocks, juice and coffee for the parents.

All the Howick Kindergarten children brought their favourite wheels, scooters, trikes and balancing bikes and it was great to see everyone having their helmets on. We split the races into age groups and all tamariki looked really stoked riding with their friends and getting their certificates! It was a successful fundraiser and we’re pumped for more fun events this year!
